Plumber needed to install 1 x Bathroom and 3 x ensuite shower with toilet and wc, new plumbing work and installation of bath and shower suits. Remove existing boiler and install a new boiler in a different location. Remove and replace existing drainage Pipe from the ground, remove existing waste pipe and supply and install 2 x new waste pipes, drainage system and digging round the house to link these to the manhole and public mains etc and connect new toilets/bathrooms and kitchen sick to the sewer system/waste pipes. I am at the property on Saturday to enable viewing.
