JobStream Policies

The JobStream serves as the designated platform for private communication between the Employer and Freelancer. Through the JobStream, both parties can share information, including file attachments, submit Proposals or Invoices, request funds, or raise Disputes related to a Job.

To ensure a smooth workflow, there are a few policies that Employers and Freelancers must adhere to when using the JobStream. These policies are an integral part of our terms and conditions, and any violation may result in actions such as warnings or account suspensions.

The Do’s:

When accepting a Proposals, it is important to conduct all direct communication through the JobStream. On Everijob, you will find all the necessary tools to collaborate effectively, including the ability to exchange files directly within the JobStream. However, if there is a need to communicate outside the JobStream during a Job, make sure to document any important agreements on the JobStream to protect yourself in case of a Dispute.

The Don't:

  • It is prohibited to exchange contact details with another Employer or Freelancer before a proposal has been accepted. This includes directing another Employer or Freelancer to your company website or your profile on another website. All discussions regarding requirements and agreements to start a Job should be made directly on the JobStream. Remember, you can easily exchange files in the JobStream, or if you are a Freelancer and wish to showcase your work samples, you can direct the Employer to your portfolio on your Everijob profile.

  • Engaging in any form of payment outside of Everijob is strictly forbidden. Making or accepting offers for payment outside of the platform will result in sanctions, including immediate account suspension. If your Freelancer or Employer attempts to make a payment outside of Everijob, please report it to our Customer Support team.

  • Contacting Everijob users with the intention of recruiting them for employment or promoting your business or a third-party website is not allowed.

  • Posting offensive, abusive, or any other content that violates our terms of website use is strictly prohibited. We expect all Everijob users to maintain a friendly and professional environment at all times.
